About the project

RELIFE investigates a Circular Economy strategy that goes beyond conventional recycling: directly reshaping sheet‑metal End‑of‑Life components using Flexible Sheet Metal Forming (FSMF) processes — Single Point Incremental Forming (SPIF), Hot Gas Metal Forming (HGMF), and Hydroforming in cold/warm conditions (HF/WHF). The approach aims to reduce environmental impact and enable component reuse with minimal re‑processing.
